What I have been up to lately!

Hi guys, it's been a while since I have posted on my blog.  I have not been keeping up on it as I should.  I have been a very busy crafter lately.  I recently took a small trip to Arlington, TX, to The Great American Scrapbooking Convention.  This convention is held at the Arlington Convention Center every year.  I have gone every year for the past few years and I love it!  I have vowed not to miss it! This year, I was accompanied by my husband-who surprisingly had a great time also.  I did some shopping, learned some new techniques, and watched a few demonstrations by Tim Holtz and Wendy Vecchi.  I found that attending conventions and craft shows, helps me get past crafter's block.  I gain lots of new knowledge, inspiration and ideas.  Not to mention-finding out about the new products that are out.  I have recently gotten into coloring with alcohol markers: Spectrum Noir, Copic, and Prisma.  I was able to find some stamps in my stash that I had never used-due to the images and my lack of ability to color them.  I have also become interested in digitally stamped images.  I have purchased and downloaded some images from The Little Blue Button stamp company.  They have really cute and fun images.  I have also created a channel on YouTube.  You can click on the link provided to check out my channel.  Rubberstamplover
